4-up team time trial champs, 29 July
Switching from the trails to a time trial, the London Phoenix women’s team earned a trophy at the Surrey League 4-up Team Time Trial Championship on 29 July. The team worked hard together during two laps of the Kirdford/Alfold Circuits – a total of 35 miles. We also entered a men’s team that was unfortunately beset by punctures.

We are a group of London-based cyclists, who get together for races and training rides. We have a website forum as our virtual clubhouse, and instead of regular weekly club rides from a set place we arrange to meet up for mountain bike, road or cyclocross rides, races and time trials from a variety of venues. We also meet up socially every month.
