The problem we've had with doing these Wednesday sessions before is that they require someone to lead them, when everyone wants to do the training. As a consequence the sessions tend to lack focus and be a bit unproductive.
We thought the answer to this was to ensure someone gets paid to do it and thus turns up every week with an evil plan in hand and dishes out some proper pain. With this in mind HGT are guaranteeing Mark gets paid every week, even if no one turns up. What we hope is that it gains traction, like the Sutton training sessions, and becomes self funding. Generally content will be similar to the Sutton sessions too so you'll be guaranteed a good work out and some skills sharpening. Novice riders will be welcome as will U14 category (and older) youth riders.
To take part you'll need some form of off road bike, MTB is fine
