Excellent evening, really useful.
Huge thanks to Scott for the instruction and to Chris for organising it.

Great session last night. Very useful and I think I'm finally starting to enjoy my cx bike.
Thanks for organising Chris! And huge thanks to Scott!

What's been said above, really good session, learned loads and can't wait to try racing.

Thanks for organising Chris and many thanks to Scott.

Glad people enjoyed it - would there be enough interest for this to become a regular thing? - I think we'd need to try and find a venue that might offer a bit more light (if anyone's got any suggestions).

With the notable exception of Aoife, who's already volunteered, would any of you guys be interested in racing/helping out at Hog Hill on 19/20th?

Nice one, guys. Sounds like it was great.

Given light is an issue at AP beyond 8pm, how about running the next training session at Hog Hill after the Eastern League race there on Sat 19th (so about 3pm)? There will be a race course on which to practice, tea, cake and, if you wish, the chance to marshal the actual League race where (seriously) you might ice up a few tips simply by watching. Of course, a few more "hands" would be quite helpful so we run a successful event.

Thoughts?

How about the Sunday so we have more people around to tear the course down afterwards?
I'm guessing we don't have as much to do on the Saturday?
ALDI gear.... No Idea!

Not so much to do on the Saturday, but it means people could train on the course and (if they wanted to) race Sunday.

I would love to help but unfortunately I'm abroad that week.
