Richard (and anyone else) - I'm sure Andrew will confirm and outline plans in due course. But we usually aim to meet at GP by around 8am to start course building ahead of the first race at 10.30. The Seniors race should be done by 3pm so hopefully tidying up should be concluded by 4pm/4.30pm latest.

OK, so an update for everyone. I will be arriving at the park at 8:00, with plans to start building out the course by 8:30.

Stuart, I'm going to ask you to oversee that again this year, if that's OK. Seemed to work last year. I also need a designated first aider. It won't preclude that person from doing other duties, but if you're qualified and are willing to carry the first aid kit, please PM me.

We can divvy out responsibilities on the day, but here's what we'll need.

-People to build the course (lots)
-People to help marshal the kids races (2 or so)
-People to help with lap scoring for all races. Neil and Bruce will be on hand, but we'll need at least one more person for each race.
-Someone to direct traffic in the car park, and make sure people don't park anywhere they're not supposed to.
-At least two people to help Barry with sign-on. The electronic timing has made this process a bit more complicated than in previous years, so this will need some attention to detail.
-People to take the course down (as many as possible, so we can do it quickly.)

If you're still in need of a first aider i may be able to help. Have to check whether my qualification is still valid and if i can shift an appointment i have that day. Will try to confirm in the next couple of days.
