Would love to do this, but my sister's in town. Any idea of there's a GPX file? I might attempt it later as a solo ride.

Re: Cyclocrossrider Kentish Ronde - Sunday 31 August
It was a nice route in great weather, didn't really know the area but it went through the North Downs & along pilgrims way.
Reckon it was 50% off-road.
A few nice climbs and descents, had to carry the bike on 2 climbs.
You really needed a GPS device as the route wasn't marked, but they supplied the gpx files. Think the route was just under 40km, so not too long.
Small feed stop halfway round.
Set off in groups of 5/6 riders, had a couple of fatboy mountain bikes in my group which was fun to watch and a few guys from Vicious Velo & Ipswich. Everyone in the group was very friendly & helpful, a bit different from the various road events.
Nice to get some off-road practice, and looking forward to trying some CX racing again.
Think they are planning some more events like this.

Re: Cyclocrossrider Kentish Ronde - Sunday 31 August
I did do it, sweeping up with Graham. Did it in a fairly leisurely style, picked up a very lost Callum (again) and his mate James who were of course a 'joy' to ride with. They did get a bit carried away on one of the descents where some roadworks and a 'step over' barrier caused a bit of a surprise for them, though they fortunately bunny hopped the obstacles. It seems James' bike handling has come on a bit since he broke his collar bone practising bunny hops whilst I was coaching him. Some of the climbs were a bit challenging, all were ridable but required more skill than I have with a cross bike (and some lower gears) as there were quite a lot of steps. Konrad and Michael had put together an interesting route, we even had a chat with a few pilgrims along the way, plus just near the end was a nice pub where we bumped into Louise, Felix and James' parents quite by chance. At the end we all received a bottle of Flandrian beer for our troubles which was a nice touch. Definitely looking forward to the next one.

Sounds great. I'm sorry to have missed it and look forward to their future efforts.
And if anyone fancies some more Flandrian beer after a ride then a few loops of Ally Pally is the thing. Chris lives round the corner and he's just stocked up

Indeed, and ridden tonight, been bitten by midges, and am consuming said beer as we speak.
