Hi guys,

This is a pretty poor show and we really need to make this event happen.

If anyone can spare any time on Sunday please put your name down on the list and get involved.

We are starting to plan our volunteers reward for the year so this is your last chance to help at a London Phoenix event if you haven't already done so this year.

Thanks,

I'm doing a charity ride to Brighton Sunday, so unfortunately cannot help this weekend, but will sign up to do volunteer work soon

Been able to negotiate a bit of time out on Sunday so can help out from around 9am until early afternoon. Happy to be allocated any role required. Am first aid qualified if that helps.

If anyone needs a lift down there from North London (Kentish Town area) let me know.

I have a few spaces in my car and will be heading down for 6am. Won't be driving back as going elsewhere at midday.

I also have space on my car roof for one bike - should anyone want to cycle back.

Hi Caroline, I gave Chris some extra long cable tables to secure the signs when he picked them up, last night. Still, you may have to daisy chain them to fit them around lamp posts.

Andy.

If we get enough tall volunteers we could use them as sandwich boards

Many thanks, AsIf!

Could you add yourself with your phone number to the spreadsheet, maybe under 'First aider 2'?

Thanks Andy! I've got some myself and a few ropes, that should do.

It seems I can pitch in for a spell tomorrow if it helps. Must leave by 9am though (kids - pah!). Happy to be there early. Just let me know a time and place.

That was an impressive display of organisation and team work! I left around midday feeling slightly guilty for leaving others to do all the derigging. I've posted up an album on Flickr, hope this works https://www.flickr.com/photos/143597180 ... 9839021301

What an unbelievable success that was. Not one bad one was said by anyone all day

Thank you Caroline and Max for putting on such a brilliant and smooth event!
