What Chris said. We had a chat around 'volunteering' at a recent Club meeting. One of the points made was that it would be great if we can encourage / consider more cross-discipline volunteers - ie. if you're a road racer, please look at whether you can help at a CX event like this when, perhaps, you're not as focussed on your race goals. Vice versa, we'll be nudging the CX brethren to get out on the roadside in the summer to support the road races. We seem to have an abundance of people for the course build on Saturday - great to see! If one or two of you are are ambivalent about which day to help out or would like to see some race action by switching to Sunday, please let me know - we can always use more hands on the day, even if it's only so people can rotate into the cafe for a hot drink.
Also, please note CX racers - there is *no* three line whip this time around - it would be great to see as many LP jerseys as possible racing - you are guaranteed a favourable reception from those marshalling (probably)
