Beastway '17 - Volunteering 14th June

Hi all

As per usual the club has volunteered to assist with Marshalling, course creation and take down. We need 6-8 volunteers please. You needn't be an MTB'er, just prepared ride up to Hog Hill and enjoy a summer evening wearing a spangly jacket over your LP kit drinking tea.

Course up: 5pm onwards
Marshalling 6pm onwards
Course take down/finish 9pm if we all chip in.

I'd be grateful for any help LP can offer, it all helps the series to run year on year.

This needs doing folks, I'm pleading to a pool of 200 members, we only need max 8 for a couple of hours foe this once a year representation of MTB... please.

i might be able to help but it comes with the proviso that im coming from chiswick which is literally the other side of london and wont be finishing work until 5ish. So i wouldnt be there until 7 mayb 730 at the earliest

Thanks chaps. Dan thats fine - the main marshalling is with the main racing from 7-9 - much appreciate your effort on FB as well. So:

That would be great Caroline thank you - kids racings starts 6.30, the main adults racing starts at 7:30 so any time you could make it to help with those is hugely appreciated!
